Christmas/New Years Hours

Closed from Wednesday 25th December till 5th January 2025 for our amazing staff to enjoy some family time over the festive period.  

Back open on Monday 6th January.

All online orders during this time will be sent out on Monday 6th January.

Please DO NOT use PO Boxes or Private Bags for shipping addresses. We need a physical address for our couriers to deliver to. 

We offer free premium shipping to Australia and New Zealand for orders above $100.

Greenstone Shop use PostHaste Overnight service within New Zealand. Please note that overnight delivery does not apply to Rural addresses. PostHaste do their best to deliver promptly but cannot 100% guarantee timeframes. 

If you need to check or update anything on your package, please call PostHaste on 0800 106 828.

We use DHL Express for our Overseas delivery. Greenstone Shop delivers to most locations worldwide, but there are some places we are unable to send to, if there are any issues regarding this, we will contact you as soon as possible and a refund will be issued. 

We endeavor to get the orders ready for pick up by the couriers by the following day to the address you have supplied. Please note that the Couriers from PostHaste and DHL do not operate over the weekend or on NZ Public Holidays, so any orders made after 12 p.m. Friday and over the weekend will not be picked up until Monday. The estimated time of delivery is just an estimate and will depend on how far your package must travel. 

We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver or delays in delivery caused by events or circumstances outside our control. 

Refunds will not be issued to anyone who has refused delivery of package. 

All parcels are signature required, any agreement between courier companies and your property to leave without signature is between you and the courier company and we will not be held accountable for parcels that go missing. We will not refund or replace missing items once delivered to your property. Please use a work, family or friend's address if this is safer. 

Local Tax, Custom Fees or VAT

We do not cover any cost relating to Local Tax, Custom Fees or VAT or any other local delivery-based fees specific to your country. This is your responsibility to pay any charges relating to this. We do not accept returns based on refusal or avoidance to pay these fees. 

We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the products to the customer for any reason whatsoever.
