Shipping Policy

Please DO NOT use PO Boxes or Private Bags for shipping addresses. We need a physical address for our couriers to deliver to. 

We offer free PostHaste Courier service within New Zealand for orders above $100  and premium DHL Express shipping to Australia over $150 (under 3kg). All shipping is tracked.

Greenstone Shop use PostHaste Overnight service within New Zealand. Please note that overnight delivery does not apply to Rural addresses. PostHaste do their best to deliver promptly but cannot 100% guarantee timeframes especially during busy times of the year like Christmas.

We use DHL Express for our Overseas delivery. Greenstone Shop delivers to most locations worldwide, but there are some places we are unable to send to, if there are any issues regarding this, we will contact you as soon as possible and a refund will be issued. Please read on for policy relating to Local tax, GST, VAT, or USA Tariffs.

We endeavor to get the orders ready for pick up by the couriers by the following day to the address you have supplied. Please note that the Couriers from PostHaste and DHL do not operate over the weekend or on NZ Public Holidays, so any orders made after 12 p.m. Friday and over the weekend will not be picked up until Monday. The estimated time of delivery is just an estimate and will depend on how far your package must travel. 

We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver or delays in delivery caused by events or circumstances outside our control. 

Refunds will not be issued to anyone who has refused delivery of the package. 

All parcels are signature required; any agreement between courier companies and your property to leave without signature is between you and the courier company, and we will not be held accountable for parcels that go missing. We will not refund or replace missing items once they have been delivered to your property. Please use a work, family, or friend's address if this is safer. 

Local Tax, Custom Fees, or VAT

We do not cover any cost relating to Local Tax, Custom Fees or VAT or any other local delivery-based fees specific to your country. This includes any tariff charges relating to delivery to the USA. This is your responsibility to pay any charges relating to this.

We do not accept returns based on refusal or avoidance to pay these fees. 

We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the products to the customer for any reason whatsoever.

Anything heaver we will need to quote for.
Zone 3	Canada, Mexico, United States	$48.00 Tracked and signature required with DHL Express under 3kg. Items weighing between 3kg to 6kg $140. Anything heaver we will need to quote for.
Zone 4	Albania, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kington	$60.00 Tracked and signature required with DHL Express under 3kg.
